This is our first time releasing this new Heliconia cultivar. ‘Iris Yellow’ is a seedling variation of 'Iris Bannchie' from Chiang Mai, Thailand. Its yellow bracts, softly blushed with orange, are what distinguish this variety from the original. It’s small size and prolific flowering makes this Heliconia ideal for those looking to grow cut flowers in limited space.
