How to Order: 

Use our convenient eCommerce option or send us a list of rhizomes you would like to order. Once an order is confirmed we will send you an invoice. After your payment is received, we will process and ship your order.

Payment:

Payment is made in advance of shipment by credit card, debit card, check, money order, wire transfer or PayPal. Credit card and debit card transactions are processed through PayPal. PayPal is free and secure. If you prefer a wire transfer or another form of payment, please contact us for more information.



Method of Shipping:

We use the fastest and most economical route. We understand speed of shipment is of the essence considering the perishable nature of the goods. We use UPS or United States Postal Service depending in the address provided.

Shipping Risks:

All plants are true to name and sold at a healthy and viable state. We aim to supply plant materials and seeds that are of the highest quality. Our packaging provides the best possible environment for those plants and seeds to maintain their condition at the time of shipment. The plants or seeds are shipped in the fastest and most economical way. However, plants and seeds are perishable. Once the plants or seeds are shipped they become the responsibility and the risk of the customer. For example, delays etc. occurring during shipment or at destination and causing damage to the plants or seeds are not the seller's responsibility. Complaints concerning the quality of the plants or seeds must be reported to us in writing within 24 hours of arrival of the shipment at the destination. Please provided specifics and photographs.

Import Regulations/ CITES:

Before we ship it is the responsibility of the customer to inform us of the specific import requirements of his/her country. Phytosanitary certificates will be applied for on the basis of information supplied by the customer. If an import permit is required we need to receive a copy of such permit at least one week before the scheduled shipment date. If plant materials are subject to CITES we will apply for a CITES permit. Costs of Phytosanitary certificate and CITES permit are charged to the customer.
