WHAT DO YOU SELL?
We offer rhizomes, bulbs, cuttings, and cut flowers. If you are a local landscaping company interested in potted plants, give us a call or send us an email and we will be happy to accommodate you.
WHAT IS A RHIZOME?
Rhizomes are rootstock. It is an underground stem that has the ability to grow new shoots. Rhizomes come in different shapes and sizes. Growing rhizomes is a commonly used practice. Relative to seeds, growing from rhizomes have higher success rates and the time to maturity is much quicker. Shipping rhizomes is also much more economical than shipping potted plants. Rhizome size varies by variety.
Most have stems that are about a foot long.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
We can also ship abroad. However, costumers outside of the United States may need to need an import permit and/or phytosanitary certificate (phyto). The fee for a phyto is $70. If you are unsure if you need a permit or a phyto, contact us and we can find out for you.
CAN I PURCHASE PLANTS ONLINE AND PICK IT UP AT THE FARM?
Yes! After you place your order online we will refund the shipping charge. Give us a call or send us an email so we can set a pick-up time.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Shipping perishable items is a risk. If you receive your plants in poor condition, send us an email of the issue within 24 hours of having received shipment. If the material is unsatisfactory we ask that you ship the plants back to us and we will replace them free of charge.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We ship on Wednesdays through Fridays via UPS 2-Day Air. You should expect your order to arrive within two days to a week from the day you placed your order. If you need your box to arrive by a certain date please send us an email. Note, if you provide a PO Box address it will take week for you box to arrive.
